“You’re never really going to succeed unless you are working for yourself… In the sense that, the skies the limit if you’re working for yourself. If you’re working for another business, no matter how hard you work you may just arrive at a certain level and not be able to go any further.” Patrick Conlon
Patrick lives in Northern Ireland. He is married and has 2 young children age 3 & 6 months. He owns a women’s brick & mortar retail shoe store called shuphoric.com (shoe-for-ric). But get this, Patrick also sells all the shoes online on his web store. BAM! I love that because every business has to have an online presence.
Patrick has a small team that manages the day to day operations of the shoe business while he spends most of his time consulting for other businesses as a multichannel e-commerce specialist. Patrick helps these companies setup their Amazon, E-bay and website selling to maximize sales.

"At the end of your feelings is nothing, but behind every principle is a promise… Find a man who is diligent at what he does and he shall stand before kings; He shall not stand before mean men... Everyday you say ‘no’ to your dreams, You might be pushing your dreams back a whole six months, a whole year! That one single day, that one day you didn’t get up could have pushed your stuff back I don’t know how long" -Eric Thomas

"As an entrepreneur I’ve really come to appreciate the journey. You know we have this destination addiction, right? If I get this house I will be good, if I get this car, if I get this relationship. But it really is… in entrepreneurship you have to enjoy the journey." by Devon Bandison
Devon “The Connector” Bandison was born and raised in NYC and is a high performance coach and speaker who’s committed to individuals and organizations that want to maximize their potential in areas of leadership, productivity, fatherhood, and work-life satisfaction.
